Production scheduling
that thinks ahead.
Drag, drop, done. Waterfall scheduling, automatic downtime handling, and a visual Gantt timeline — built for companies that can't afford guesswork. Connects to virtually any ERP system.
Everything your floor needs.
Nothing it doesn't.
Seven tools that work together — so you spend less time fighting the schedule and more time running it.
Intelligent waterfall scheduling
Move one job — every dependent operation recalculates instantly. No more rebuilding the week by hand.
Drag-and-drop Gantt timeline
Reschedule in seconds with a visual timeline that shows every machine, every job, every shift.
Repeating downtime, handled
Configure daily, weekly, or custom maintenance windows. Jobs auto-extend around them — never into them.
Multi-equipment lanes
Schedule across presses, die cutters, and folder-gluers with per-machine run rates. The system finds the right lane.
Late job alerts & reports
Spot at-risk orders the moment they slip. Export a Late Jobs report with hours overdue — straight to Excel.
Excel import & export
Drop in your existing job spreadsheets. Export operations, open orders, and machine reports — no copy-paste.
Real-time floor display
A live, read-only view for shop floor operators. Schedule changes stream instantly over WebSocket — no refresh, no stale whiteboards.
Compatible with virtually
every ERP system.
AzerView sits alongside your existing ERP — not instead of it. Import jobs, push schedule updates back, and keep both platforms in sync via Excel, CSV, or API.
Don't see yours? If it exports to Excel or CSV, AzerView can read it.
From spreadsheet to schedule in three steps.
Import
Drop in your pending jobs from Excel — item numbers, quantities, due dates. AzerView reads them all.
Schedule
Drag jobs onto the Gantt timeline. The waterfall engine sequences dependencies and routes around downtime.
Track
Mark operations complete as they finish. Late jobs surface automatically — and so do the ones at risk.
One move, full recalculation.
When the press goes down or a rush order lands, every dependent operation downstream shifts automatically. No spreadsheets to rebuild. No phone calls to the floor. The schedule stays honest, and so does the due date.
- Automatic dependency sequencing across multi-step routings
- Per-machine run rates drive accurate durations
- Undo/redo on every change — experiment without fear
Schedule around maintenance, not despite it.
Repeating maintenance windows aren't an afterthought — they're a first-class scheduling primitive. Set them once and AzerView routes every job around them. Daily, weekly, or custom intervals. Your real capacity, not your theoretical capacity.
- Per-machine downtime blocks with custom cadence
- Jobs auto-extend rather than collide
- Visual red bars on the timeline so it's always obvious why
Track what shipped. Predict what won't.
Mark operations complete as they leave each station. AzerView rebuilds the remaining routing in real time and flags downstream operations now at risk. Pull a Completed Operations report for any date range — exported to Excel in one click.
- Per-stage completion tracking with timestamps
- Automatic recalculation of remaining duration
- Date-filtered reports for daily / weekly reviews
Your floor team sees changes the moment you make them.
Give every operator and supervisor a live window into the schedule — with zero editing access. Changes saved in the scheduler stream directly to the floor display over WebSocket. No refresh. No stale whiteboards. No phone calls asking what changed.
- Streams over WebSocket — zero delay, no polling
- Color-coded jobs: green = on time, orange = late, red = downtime
- "Now" and "Work Week" one-click navigation
- Tap any job for a full detail overlay
Common questions.
What is AzerView?
AzerView is a cloud-based production scheduling platform built for printers, packaging converters, and other discrete-job manufacturers. It replaces spreadsheet planning with a visual Gantt timeline, automatic dependency recalculation, and real-time downtime handling.
Is it cloud-only, or is there a desktop version?
AzerView ships as a cloud web app — sign in from anywhere, no install. We also offer a desktop client that mirrors the cloud schedule and works offline, syncing back when you're connected.
Can I import my current schedule?
Yes. AzerView reads Excel (.xlsx) files for pending jobs, machines, and run rates. Most companies migrate their existing spreadsheets in under an hour.
How much does it cost?
Public pricing arrives at launch. Early-access customers — the first 50 companies on the waitlist — lock in founder pricing and get direct input on the roadmap.
Does it connect to our ERP?
Yes. AzerView is designed to work alongside your existing ERP — not replace it. Import work orders from SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, and others via Excel or CSV. If your system can export a spreadsheet, AzerView can read it. A direct API connector is on the roadmap for launch-day partners.
Is my production data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in isolated tenant databases, and never shared. We're SOC 2 Type II readiness is on the launch checklist.
Who is Floor View for?
Floor View is a read-only display built for operators and supervisors on the shop floor. Anyone you add as a viewer gets automatic access — they log in and land directly on the live schedule. No editor licence needed.
